k_erbe "CATHERINE": Kathryn Erbe
was born in Newton, Massachusetts, Erbe is a veteran of both film and television and has been a working actress since she graduated from New York University in 1989.
 
Erbe’s television credits include an 8 season run starring as Detective Alexandra Eames on “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” and playing the infamous death row inmate Shirley Bellenger on the acclaimed HBO series “Oz.”  She also appeared on NBC’s “Homicide: Life on the Street,” the miniseries “George Wallace,” Showtime’s original production of “Naked City: Justice with a Bullet,” NBC’s “Another World” and the television movie “Breathing Lessons.”

Erbe also gained notice in the 1999 box office hit “Stir of Echoes” opposite Kevin Bacon and “Dream with the Fishes” with David Arquette.  Her additional film credits include “Entropy,” “Kiss of Death,” “D2: The Mighty Ducks,” “Rich in Love” and “What About Bob?”  Most recently, she appeared in the feature film “Speaking of Sex” with Lara Flynn Boyle and Bill Murray. She can next be seen in the upcoming “Three Backyards.”
 
Before appearing in feature films, Erbe began her career on the stage.  She is a member of the Steppenwolf Theater Company and has starred in many of their productions, including Tennessee Williams’ “A Streetcar Named Desire” as Stella, “Curse of the Starving Class” and “My Thing of Love.”  She earned a Tony® Award nomination in 1991 for her portrayal of Mary in “Speed of Darkness.” Erbe is an active member of the Atlantic Theatre Company.

Erbe currently resides in New York with her two children.

 

timguinee “THOMAS”: Tim Guinee is an extremely prolific and versatile actor. Born in Los Angeles, he studied at the Houston High School for the Performing Arts and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. After graduating from the North Carolina School of the Arts, he quickly established a robust career in film and Television. He is also a respected theatre actor, having appeared on stage at The Ensemble Studio Theatre, NY Shakespeare Festival, and Lincoln Center, among many other venues.

More recent work includes roles in Ali Selim’s (Spirit Award winning) “Sweet Land”, “Iron Man I & II”, “Saving Grace”, “The West Wing”,  “24”, and “Ladder 49”. Current projects range from “The Oranges” with Hugh Laurie to “Water for Elephants” with Robert Pattinson.

He last worked with co-star Kathryn Erbe on an episode of “Law & Order Criminal
Intent”, where his soft-spoken character led the NYPD detectives down a surprisingly spine-chilling path.

Tim is married to playwright Daisy Foote, and lives in upstate NY.

 

eddie“YOUNG BOY": Eddie Schweighardt was seen most recently as "Sorrow" in the New York City Opera production of Madama Butterfly at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. He played "Young Nick" in the 2009 Stella Artois Short Film Project winner, The Perfect Time.

If Eddie's face seems familiar, it may be because he has appeared in several national print ads.

His interests include bike riding and swimming.

 

dennydillon“TRACY": Denny Dillon is an award-winning television, stage, and film actress. An alumna of Saturday Night Live, she made her Broadway debut in Gypsy starring Angela Lansbury. She received a Tony nomination for her work in My One and Only starring Tommy Tune and Twiggy.

A familiar TV face, Dillon was a cast member of the '80-'81 season of SNL and won a CableACE award "best actress in a comedy series" for the HBO hit series Dream On. Other television credits include Night Court, Designing Women, Nash Bridges, Women in Prison, and Reba McEntyre Special. She starred in the title role of the FOX-TV movie: Roseanne: Portrait of a Domestic Goddess.

She made her film debut in Saturday Night Fever as Doreen, mopping John Travolta's brow. Other film credits include Garbo Talks, Only You, Ice-Age (voice), and the critically acclaimed United 93.

Denny lives in a restored farmhouse in the Hudson Valley, which houses her art gallery, "The Drawing Room".

She is currently teaching improvisation at the Primary Stages Theatre School in Manhattan, and her company IMPROV NATION performs to sold-out houses.

 

davis DIRECTOR: Davis Hall directed his first film in college. After earning a BA from Northwestern University in 1968, he lived and worked in Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Chicago; finally settling in New York City. His forty-year career as an actor and director has taken him to theatres across America, as well as to Broadway, film and television. He's a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, and Actors' Equity Association. As a Union contract negotiation team member, he helped craft four contracts for AEA. Recent acting work includes short films produced through NYU and Columbia University film programs, including the winner of a 2009 Student Academy Award.

ingridPRODUCER: Ingrid Price wanted to be an anthropologist, but accidentally earned a BFA in theatre instead. She has worked in the entertainment industry since 1980, primarily as a costume designer for film and television. Her work may be seen on the first eight seasons of Law & Order Criminal Intent; as well as on many other series, films, television movies, music videos, and plays. michael LINE PRODUCER/FIRST ASSISTANT DIRECTOR:Michael Franklin has worked in many capacities on film and television sets. Recently, he directed and produced a short film on Long Island. He was a valued member of the AD department of the hit TV series Law & Order CI for many years, and has worked as a Production Assistant  on a variety of films. Based in Catskill, NY, he  has contributed to the film industry locally as a Venue Manager for the Woodstock Film Festival, and as a location assistant for Ang Lee’s Taking Woodstock. rogerDIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY: Roger Grange is an award winning Cinematographer with 28 years of experience in film production. His work has taken him to the edge of active volcanoes, the deserts of Egypt, and to the streets of New York. He has filmed projects for PBS, broadcast and cable networks, as well as dozens of corporate, non-profit and educational producers. Most recently, he filmed Barbara Streisand performing live at the Village Vanguard. He has also directed and co-directed numerous projects.

gregtoblerSOUND MIXER/SOUND DESIGNER: Greg Tobler has over 13 years of experience as an audio professional. After receiving his B.S. in Audio Engineering from SUNY Fredonia, Tobler got his start in the music industry working in the studio with various recording artists, including The Flaming Lips, Joan Baez, David Bowie, and Norah Jones. Following that, he became the Lead Installer and Trainer for Tyco International, in charge of industrial audio system installations and training for businesses, schools and performance spaces. He left Tyco to pursue a freelance career in the New York City area, providing audio services, both independently and with All Mobil Video, for television programs and sporting events (the US Tennis Open, Word World, various television programs).  Congruently, he has maintained his live sound chops, mixing recording artists and public speakers, including Bill and Hilary Clinton, Joan Jett, 311, and Powerman 5000. In addition, he has many corporate clients, including Winged Foot Golf Club, HSBC premier, Catholic Charities, RBS, and SwissRe, for whom he provides live sound services.  In 2008, Tobler began his audio post production career, building his own Protools HD 7.1 mixing studio. This studio expanded his television and music work, and allowed him to branch out into movies; he was the location mixer and audio department head for the 2009 feature film, “Yellow Brick Road” and audio post production mixer, sound designer, and score mixer for “Reverie”. In 2010 he won an award for “Best Sound Design” at the Los Angeles Film Festival of Hollywood with the movie “Reverie”. jafCONCEPT ART/STORYBOARDS: Jaf Farkas brings his strong artistic skills to a variety of projects, including films, commercials, and character design. His portfolio features production design, art direction, concept design, and storyboards. Although based in the Hudson valley, Jaf often works in New York City.
